The Littelfuse GTCS23-201M-R01-2 is a gas discharge tube (GDT) designed for overvoltage surge protection in sensitive telecom, data, and power line applications. It features a DC sparkover voltage of 200V with ±20% tolerance and an impulse discharge current of 1kA (8/20μs waveform, 10 hits). The impulse withstanding voltage is 4kV (10/700μs). Capacitance is less than 0.5pF at 1MHz, ensuring minimal signal distortion in high-frequency circuits. Insulation resistance is 1000MΩ at 100VDC.
