The Vishay Dale GSOT36C-HE3-08 is a two-line ESD protection device designed to safeguard sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge and other voltage transients. It offers a clamping voltage of 71V and can handle peak pulse currents up to 3.5A under 8/20µs conditions, with a peak pulse power rating of 248W.
This component provides robust ESD immunity per IEC 61000-4-2 with ±30kV contact and ±30kV air discharge ratings, and meets AEC-Q101 human body model requirements with HBM capability exceeding 8kV. It is intended for use in environments requiring high transient immunity, such as automotive applications.
The device is supplied in a compact SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59, and is rated for operation over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
