The GSOT36C-G3-08 is a two-line ESD protection TVS diode from Vishay, designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a working voltage of 36V and a clamping voltage of 71V, with a peak pulse current of 3.5A (8/20µs) and peak pulse power of 248W.
