The Vishay GSOT36C-E3-08 is a two-line ESD protection TVS diode designed for general purpose applications. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 36V and a maximum clamping voltage of 71V at a peak pulse current of 3.5A (8/20µs). The device provides ESD immunity of ±30 kV contact and ±30 kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and is AEC-Q101 qualified (HBM >8 kV).
Housed in a space-saving SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, the GSOT36C-E3-08 features a low capacitance of 52 pF at 1 MHz and a peak pulse power rating of 248W. It is RoHS-compliant with lead-free tin plating and has an MSL level 1 rating.
