The GSOT36-G3-08 from Vishay Dale is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for single-line ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 36V and a clamping voltage of 71V at a peak pulse current of 3.5A (8/20µs). With a peak pulse power rating of 248W and a capacitance of 52pF at 1MHz, this device offers robust transient suppression for sensitive electronics.
