The GSOT12-E3-08 is a single-line unidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD protection in general-purpose applications. It features a Zener technology with a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a maximum clamping voltage of 26V at 12A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle up to 312W peak pulse power and has a typical capacitance of 115pF at 1MHz.
This TVS diode operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is packaged in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package. The package weighs 8.8 mg, has a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and is MSL level 1 (unlimited). The device is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected (unverified).
Designed for single-line ESD protection, this diode is suitable for a variety of electronic circuits requiring voltage clamping and transient suppression. The compact SOT-23-3 package makes it ideal for space-constrained designs. No power line protection is provided.
