The GSOT05-HE3-08 is a single-line ESD protection TVS diode from Vishay, designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge and voltage transients. It features a clamping voltage of 16V and can handle peak pulse currents up to 30A (8/20µs waveform), with a peak pulse power rating of 480W. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive applications where reliability is critical.
