The Vishay GSOT03C-HG3-08 is a two-line ESD protection TVS diode designed to safeguard sensitive electronic circuits from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 12.3V, providing robust clamping for low-voltage signal lines.
