The GSOT03C-E3-08 is a two-line ESD protection device from Vishay's GSOT03C series. It provides unidirectional ESD protection with a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 12.3V at 30A (8/20µs waveform). The device features a peak pulse power rating of 369W under the same waveform conditions.
It offers ±30kV ESD immunity per IEC 61000-4-2 for both contact and air discharge. AEC-Q101 qualification is available for automotive applications. The device is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package and is offered in tape-and-reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel.
The device has a typical capacitance of 420pF at 1MHz and is RoHS3 compliant with MSL Level 1. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Design support tools and 3D models are available from the manufacturer.
