The GSOT03-E3-08 is a single-line ESD protection TVS diode from Vishay Dale, designed to safeguard sensitive electronic circuits from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage spikes. It is housed in a compact SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, making it suitable for space-constrained PCB designs.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V, a clamping voltage of 12.3V, and a peak pulse current rating of 30A (8/20µs). The device provides ESD immunity of ±30kV for both contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, and exceeds 8kV under AEC-Q101 HBM testing.
