The GS1GE-TP is a general purpose rectifier diode manufactured by Micro Commercial Components. It is designed for standard recovery applications with a reverse recovery time greater than 500ns at 200mA. The diode offers a maximum reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified forward current of 1A.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A forward current. The junction capacitance is typically 15pF at 4V reverse bias and 1MHz. The device operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 150°C.
The GS1GE-TP is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, making it suitable for automated assembly processes. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited). The diode is commonly used in power supply rectification, freewheeling, and polarity protection circuits.
