This Murata GRM series monolithic ceramic capacitor offers 47 µF capacitance with ±10% tolerance, rated at 6.3 V DC. The X7R dielectric provides stable capacitance over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with a capacitance change of ±15%.
Designed for surface mount assembly, it is housed in a standard 1210 (3225 Metric) case with dimensions 3.2 mm ±0.3 mm length, 2.5 mm ±0.2 mm width, and 2.5 mm ±0.2 mm thickness. The component features a maximum dissipation factor of 0.1 and minimum insulation resistance of 50 Ω·F.
This general-purpose MLCC is suitable for a wide range of electronic applications including decoupling, filtering, and bypass circuits. The part is supplied on embossed tape and reel with 1000 pieces per reel (180mm reel).
