This is a Murata GRM series chip monolithic ceramic capacitor. It offers a nominal capacitance of 0.1 µF with a rated voltage of 100V DC. The dielectric is C0G (NP0) which provides a stable temperature coefficient of 0±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The capacitance tolerance is ±5%.
The component is designed for general purpose electronic equipment. It features a high Q value of at least 1000 and a minimum insulation resistance of >500 Ω·F. The maximum capacitance drift is ±0.2% or ±0.05pF.
