This is a Murata GRM21B series multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 0.47 µF and a rated voltage of 50 V DC. It uses X7R dielectric, which offers a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The capacitor has a tolerance of ±10% and is designed for general purpose applications. It is supplied in an 0805 (2012 metric) surface mount package with dimensions 2.00 mm x 1.25 mm and a maximum thickness of 1.35 mm.
The component is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). It is packaged in embossed tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel (180 mm reel) or 10000 pieces per reel (330 mm reel). The part is suitable for automated assembly processes.
