The Murata GRM0335C1H1R0WA01D is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) designed for general electronic equipment. It features a nominal capacitance of 1 pF with a tight tolerance of ±0.05 pF and a rated DC voltage of 50 V. The C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient provides excellent stability with a capacitance change of 0±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor offers high insulation resistance greater than 10,000 MΩ and a minimum Q factor of 420 at 1 MHz. The component is housed in an 0201 (0603 metric) surface-mount package measuring 0.60mm L x 0.30mm W x 0.33mm max thickness, enabling use in compact and densely populated PCB designs.
