The Murata GRM0225C1E560JA02L is a chip monolithic ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a nominal capacitance of 56 pF and a tolerance of ±5%. It is rated for a DC voltage of 25V and features a C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient, offering a capacitance change of 0±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor exhibits high insulation resistance (greater than 10000 MΩ for capacitance ≤0.047 µF) and a high Q factor (Q≥1000 for values 30pF and over, or Q≥400+20C for values below 30pF). Capacitance drift is within ±0.2% or ±0.05pF, whichever is larger.
