The Murata GRM0225C1C100JD05L is a general-purpose multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 10 pF, a tolerance of ±5%, and a rated voltage of 16 V DC. It features a C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient of 0±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
This capacitor is designed for surface mount assembly and comes in an ultra-compact 01005 (0402 metric) package with dimensions of 0.40 mm length, 0.20 mm width, and 0.22 mm maximum thickness. It is supplied on embossed tape and reel with 40,000 pieces per reel.
The C0G dielectric offers excellent stability with minimal capacitance change over temperature and voltage, making it suitable for timing, tuning, and filtering circuits in consumer electronics, communications, and industrial applications.
