The Guerrilla RF GRF5040 is a high linearity Power-LNA featuring an ultra-low noise figure. Its primary tune covers 1700 to 2700 MHz but can be tuned for outstanding performance from 25 MHz to 3800 MHz with fractional bandwidths greater than 30%.
This device achieves impressive P1dB, IP3, and noise figure (NF) over its operating band. With a 10-volt supply, it can deliver a broadband OP1dB of 31 dBm. The GRF5040 is suitable for demanding first, second, or third stage LNA applications requiring high linearity, ruggedness, and low NF, as well as use as a PA or linear driver.
It is built on a GaAs pHEMT process and comes in a compact 3 x 3 mm QFN-16 package. The flexible bias voltage and current capabilities allow for adaptable integration into various system designs.
