The GQM1885C1H101JB01D is an RF high frequency chip monolithic ceramic capacitor manufactured by Murata. It offers a capacitance of 100 pF with a tolerance of ±5% and a rated voltage of 50 V DC. The capacitor features a C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient with a capacitance change of 0±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This component is designed for use in RF, microwave, and high frequency electronic equipment. It provides a minimum Q factor of 1400 at 25°C (for capacitance values 30 pF and above), ensuring low losses in resonant circuits. The insulation resistance is at least 10,000 MΩ or 500 Ω·F, and the dielectric strength is tested at 150 V (300% of rated voltage) without failure.
The capacitor is supplied in a 0603 (1608 metric) surface-mount package with dimensions of 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm and a maximum thickness of 0.9 mm. It is packaged on tape and reel, with a standard quantity of 4000 pieces per 180 mm reel. The MLCC construction is suitable for automated assembly and is RoHS compliant (unverified).
