The Murata GQM1875C2E7R0CB12D is a high Q multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) designed for demanding RF and microwave applications. It features a nominal capacitance of 7 pF with a tight tolerance of ±0.25 pF, and is rated for 250 V DC. The capacitor uses a C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient, ensuring stable capacitance over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
With a minimum Q factor of 800+20C (where C is capacitance in pF), this component provides excellent performance for high frequency circuits where low loss is critical.
