The Murata GQM1875C2E680GB12D is a high Q multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 68pF ±2% and a rated voltage of 250V DC. It features a C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient of 0±30 ppm/°C over -55°C to 125°C, offering excellent stability.
This capacitor is designed for RF, microwave, and high frequency applications where low loss and high Q are critical. The Q factor is ≥1400 for capacitances ≥30pF and ≥800+20C for <30pF. Insulation resistance is greater than 10,000 MΩ.
The part is housed in a 0603 (1608 Metric) surface-mount package with dimensions 1.60mm x 0.80mm x 0.7mm (nominal thickness). It is supplied on 180mm reels in paper tape (W8P4) with 4000 pieces per reel.
