The GPP20M-E3/54 is a glass passivated junction plastic rectifier diode from Vishay Dale. It is designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V, average forward rectified current of 2A at 55°C, and a forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 2A. It can handle a peak forward surge current of 70A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). Reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C and 50µA at 100°C.
