The Murata GNM214R71H102MA01D is a chip monolithic ceramic capacitor array designed for general electronic equipment. It integrates four isolated capacitors in a single 0805 surface-mount package, saving board space and reducing component count.
Each capacitor has a nominal capacitance of 1000 pF with a tolerance of ±20%. The rated voltage is 50 V DC, and the temperature coefficient is X7R, providing a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The dissipation factor is limited to 0.025 for voltages ≥25V, and insulation resistance is greater than 10000 MΩ or 500 Ω·F.
The component is housed in an 0805 (2012 metric) package with dimensions of 2.0 mm x 1.25 mm and a maximum seated height of 0.6 mm. It is designed for reflow soldering only and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with options of 4000 pieces per 180mm reel or 10000 pieces per 330mm reel.
