The GLL4739A-E3/97 is a 9.1V Zener diode from Vishay Dale, designed for surface mount applications. It features a nominal zener voltage of 9.1V with ±5% tolerance, tested at 28 mA (IZT1) and 0.5 mA (IZT2). Dynamic impedance is 5 Ω at IZT1 and 700 Ω at IZT2. Reverse leakage current is 10 µA at 7 V.
