The GL41A-E3/96 is a standard recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Vishay Dale. It is designed for general-purpose rectification applications requiring a maximum DC reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 1A.
The diode features a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A forward current and a standard recovery speed greater than 500ns when the forward current exceeds 200mA. Its junction capacitance is typically 8pF at a reverse bias of 4V and a test frequency of 1MHz.
