The GL1M is a standard recovery surface-mount rectifier diode from Diotec Semiconductor, designed for general-purpose rectification in power supplies and mains frequency applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000V and an average forward rectified current (IFAV) of 1A at 75°C with resistive load.
With a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 1A and a junction temperature range of -50°C to +175°C, the GL1M offers robust performance for commercial and industrial applications. The device can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 30A (50/60Hz half sine-wave) and has a typical reverse recovery time of 1.5µs.
The GL1M is packaged in a DO-213AA (MiniMELF) case, which is compatible with SOD-87 footprints. It is supplied on tape and reel (2500 pieces per 7" reel) and has an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited). The component is RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals compliant.
