The Vishay Dale GI754-E3/73 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 400V and an average forward current rating of 6A, with a forward voltage drop of 900mV at 6A. The diode offers a reverse recovery time of 2.5µs, classifying it as standard recovery (>500ns).
