The GI250-4-E3/54 is a high voltage glass passivated plastic rectifier diode from Vishay Dale. It is designed for use in rectification of high voltage power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 4000V, average forward current (IF(AV)) of 250mA, and peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 15A at 8.3ms. The forward voltage (VF) is 3.5V maximum at 250mA, and reverse current (IR) is 5.0µA at 25°C. The device features a standard recovery time greater than 500ns with a maximum reverse recovery time (trr) of 2µs.
