The Vishay GF1KHE3/67A is a standard recovery rectifier diode from the SUPERECTIFIER® series, designed for general-purpose power rectification. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 800V and an average rectified current rating of 1A.
This diode offers a forward voltage of 1.2V at 1A and a reverse leakage current of 5 µA at 800V. With a standard recovery speed greater than 500ns and a reverse recovery time of 2 µs, it is suitable for applications where fast switching is not required.
The device is packaged in a surface-mount DO-214BA (GF1) case and supports an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
