The GF1K is a general purpose rectifier diode from On Semiconductor. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 800V and an average rectified current of 1A. The typical forward voltage is 1.2V at 1A, and the reverse recovery time is 2µs (standard recovery >500ns). Junction capacitance is 15pF typical at 4V, 1MHz.
This diode is designed for general purpose rectification applications. It features a standard recovery speed suitable for line frequency rectification and other non-fast-switching circuits. The device is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, enabling compact PCB designs.
