The GF1JHE3/67A is a surface-mount glass passivated standard rectifier diode from Vishay, part of the GF1 series (Superectifier®). It features a glass passivated junction for high reliability and is designed for automated placement.
Key electrical specifications: maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V, average forward current of 1A, maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A, and typical reverse recovery time of 2µs. The diode can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A (8.3 ms single half sine-wave). Reverse leakage current is limited to 5µA at 25°C and 50µA at 125°C.
Packaged in a DO-214BA (GF1) surface-mount case, it operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. This device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020.
Typical applications include general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer, automotive, and telecommunication equipment.
