The GDTX-S-88 is a vertical Cat5 modular jack from Kycon Inc., part of the GDTX series. It features 8 positions and 8 contacts (8p8c) for RJ45 Ethernet applications. The jack is fully shielded with an EMI finger to reduce electromagnetic interference, and includes board lock features for secure mounting. It is rated for Category 5 performance.
