This is a Murata GCM series automotive-grade multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 2700 pF, rated voltage of 50V DC, and ±2% tolerance. It features a C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient with a capacitance change of 0±30 ppm/°C over -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
Designed for automotive electronics, this component meets AEC-Q200 qualification standards. The C0G dielectric offers stable capacitance over temperature and voltage, making it suitable for timing, filtering, and resonant circuits.
The capacitor is housed in an 0603 (1608 metric) surface-mount package with dimensions 1.60mm x 0.80mm x 0.90mm max. It is supplied on paper tape packaging, available in 180mm reels (4000 pcs) or 330mm reels (10000 pcs).
