The GCJ31CR72A105KA01L is a soft termination multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Murata's GCJ series. It offers 1 µF capacitance with ±10% tolerance and a rated voltage of 100V DC. The X7R temperature coefficient guarantees a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating range of -55°C to +125°C.
This component is designed for automotive electronics and board-flex sensitive circuits. It is AEC-Q200 qualified, ensuring reliability under automotive stress conditions. The soft termination helps mitigate cracking due to board bending.
The capacitor is housed in a standard 1206 (3216 metric) package measuring 3.20mm x 1.60mm with a maximum thickness of 1.90mm. It is supplied on embossed tape and reel for automated assembly.
