The Vishay GBU4D is a glass passivated, single-phase bridge rectifier suitable for a wide range of applications including monitors, TVs, printers, switching mode power supplies, adapters, audio equipment, and home appliances.
This rectifier boasts a maximum average forward rectified output current of 4.0 A at 100 °C case temperature and 3.0 A at 40 °C ambient temperature. It offers a high surge current capability of 150 A and a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400 V.
The GBU4D has a typical forward voltage of 1.0 V at 4.0 A and operates within a junction and storage temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C. It features high case dielectric strength of 1500 V RMS.
