The GBU10M-BP is a single phase bridge rectifier manufactured by Micro Commercial Components. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and a maximum average forward current of 10A at a case temperature of 100°C. The device is capable of handling a peak forward surge current of 240A (8.3ms half sine) and offers a low maximum forward voltage drop of 1.0V.
Reverse leakage current is limited to 5µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C under rated DC blocking voltage. Typical junction capacitance is 70pF measured at 1.0MHz and 4.0V reverse bias. The operating and storage temperature range spans -55°C to +150°C.
The rectifier is housed in a 4-pin SIP GBU package designed for through-hole mounting. Mounting torque is specified at 5 in-lbs.
