The GBPC3508 is a single phase bridge rectifier from onsemi, part of the GBPC12, 15, 25, 35 series. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 800V and an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 35A at a case temperature of 55°C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 400A (8.3 ms single half-sine-wave) and has a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 17.5A per bridge.
Designed for robust performance, the GBPC3508 offers an I²t rating for fusing of 660 A²s and a typical total capacitance of 200 pF. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and is housed in a 4-Square GBPC package with QC terminal mounting. The device features an integrally molded heat sink for low thermal resistance (1.5°C/W junction-to-case) and provides isolation voltage of 2500V from case to lead.
The GBPC3508 is UL certified (File #E258596) and is a Pb-free device. It is suitable for general-purpose AC-to-DC conversion in power supplies and industrial equipment.
