The GBPC2510W is a single phase bridge rectifier from onsemi, part of the GBPC 12/15/25/35 series. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified forward current of 25A at TC=55°C.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage drop of 1.1V maximum per bridge at 12.5A, reverse current of 5µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 300A (8.3ms half-sine-wave). The I²t rating is 375 A²s.
