The GBPC2501W is a single-phase bridge rectifier from ON Semiconductor's GBPC25 series. It features a glass passivated junction and an integrally molded heatsink for low thermal resistance. Key electrical ratings include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100 V, an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 25 A at TC = 55°C, and a forward voltage drop (VF) of 1.1 V maximum at 12.5 A per bridge.
The device can withstand a non-repetitive peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 300 A (8.3 ms single half-sine-wave) and has an I²t rating of 375 A²s for fusing coordination. Reverse leakage current is 5 µA maximum at 25°C and 500 µA at 125°C. Junction-to-case thermal resistance (RθJC) with a heatsink is 1.5 °C/W. The rectifier is capable of operating over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
The GBPC2501W is packaged in a 4-Square GBPC-W through-hole package with solderable silver terminals (per MIL-STD-202, Method 208) and a maximum mounting torque of 20 in-lbs. Isolation voltage between case and leads is 2500 V minimum. The device is UL certified (#E258596) and Pb-free.
