The GBPC1510 is a single-phase bridge rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for converting AC to DC in power supply applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 1000V and an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 15A at a case temperature of 55°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 300A (8.3ms single half-sine-wave), making it suitable for applications with high inrush currents.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 7.5A, and a reverse current of 5µA at 25°C (500µA at 125°C). The total capacitance is 180pF typical at 4V. The I²t rating for fusing is 375 A²s, providing guidance for fuse selection.
The device is housed in a 4-Square GBPC package with QC (quick-connect) terminals. It offers an isolation voltage of 2500V from case to lead. The thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.5°C/W with a heatsink, and the maximum power dissipation is 83.3W. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The GBPC1510 is UL certified (UL #E258596) and is Pb-free. The package is suitable for through-hole mounting with QC terminals, and the maximum mounting torque is 20 in-lbs.
