GBPC1502W

The GBPC1502W is a single phase glass passivated silicon bridge rectifier from GeneSiC Semiconductor. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200V and an average forward rectified current (IO) of 15A at Tc=55°C. The device can handle a peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 300A and has a forward voltage drop of 1.1V maximum at 7.5A per leg. Reverse current is 5µA maximum at 125°C. The junction capacitance is typically 300pF, and the I²t rating is 375 A²s. The RMS isolation voltage from case to leads is 2500V. Thermal resistance junction-to-case is typically 1.9°C/W. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The bridge rectifier is designed for general purpose AC to DC conversion in power supplies and other applications requiring full-wave rectification. The GBPC-W package features an integrally molded heat sink for low thermal resistance and maximum heat dissipation. Mounting is through-hole with bolt-down on a heat sink using silicone thermal compound. Terminals are universal 3-way: snap on, wire-around, or PC board mounting, with nickel plated 0.25-inch Faston lugs or copper leads 0.040-inch diameter. The device is RoHS3 compliant (unverified) and has MSL 1 unlimited rating (unverified).
