The GBPC15005 is a single phase glass passivated bridge rectifier from On Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose AC to DC conversion and offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 15A at a case temperature of 55°C. The forward voltage drop is 1.1V maximum at 7.5A per bridge element, and the device can withstand non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 300A for 8.3 ms. The integrally molded heatsink provides low thermal resistance (1.5°C/W junction-to-case with heatsink) for efficient heat dissipation. The GBPC15005 is housed in a 4-Square GBPC package with QC terminals and a nickel finish. It offers a minimum isolation voltage of 2500V from case to leads and a maximum mounting torque of 20 in-lbs. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. This device is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant (unverified).
