The GBPC1204W is a single phase glass passivated bridge rectifier from On Semiconductor (onsemi). It is designed for AC to DC conversion applications requiring high reliability and efficient heat dissipation. The device features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 400V, an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 12A at TC=55°C, and a non-repetitive peak surge current (IFSM) of 300A for 8.3ms. The maximum forward voltage is 1.1V at 6A per bridge, and reverse current is 5µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C. The device offers an isolation voltage of 2500V from case to lead and a thermal resistance junction-to-case of 1.5°C/W with a heatsink. It is packaged in a 4-Square GBPC-W case with wire leads for through-hole mounting. The integrally molded heat sink provides low thermal resistance for maximum heat dissipation. The device is UL certified (E258596) and has silver terminals solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208.
