The GBPC12005 is a single phase glass passivated bridge rectifier from On Semiconductor, part of the GBPC12 series. It is designed for converting AC to DC in general purpose power supply applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50 V, an average rectified forward current of 12 A, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 300 A (8.3 ms single half-sine-wave). The forward voltage drop is 1.1 V maximum at 6 A, and reverse leakage current is 5 µA at 25°C (500 µA at 125°C). The device also features a 2500 V isolation voltage from case to leads.
