The GBJ2502 is a single phase bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, part of the GBJ25005-GBJ2510 series. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average forward rectified output current of 25A at a case temperature of 100°C.
This rectifier has a maximum forward voltage of 1.05V at 12.5A and a low peak reverse current of 10µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C. It can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 350A for an 8.3ms single half sine-wave, with an I²t rating of 510 A²s for fusing considerations. Typical total capacitance is 85pF at 1MHz with 4V DC reverse bias.
The GBJ2502 is housed in a through hole GBJ package with molded plastic case material rated UL 94V-0. It is designed for mounting with a #6 screw and has a typical thermal resistance junction-to-case of 1.0°C/W when mounted on an aluminum heatsink. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
