GBJ1501-BP

The GBJ1501-BP is a single-phase bridge rectifier from Micro Commercial Components, designed for converting AC to DC in power supply applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and an average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 15A at a case temperature of 110°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 240A (8.3ms half sine wave) and 480A (1ms square wave), with an I2t rating of 240 A²s for fusing considerations. The forward voltage drop is typically 1.0V at 7.5A, and reverse leakage current is 5µA at 25°C. The junction capacitance is 80pF.
