The GBJ1010 is a 10A, 1000V single-phase bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It utilizes glass passivated die construction for enhanced reliability. The device is capable of handling a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 170A. Typical forward voltage is 1.05V at 5A per element. Reverse leakage current is 10µA at 25°C and 500µA at 125°C. The thermal resistance junction-to-case is 1.4°C/W. Operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C. The GBJ1010 comes in a through-hole GBJ package with plated leads, solderable per MIL-STD-202. It is RoHS compliant and MSL Level 1. This bridge rectifier is suitable for general purpose AC to DC conversion in power supplies and other applications.
