GBJ1006-F is a 10 A, 600 V single-phase bridge rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It uses a glass passivated die construction for reliable operation and features a high case dielectric strength of 1500 Vrms. The device is ideal for printed circuit board applications and is supplied in a GBJ case with through-hole mounting for #6 screw.
Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 600 V, an average forward rectified output current of 10 A, a forward voltage of 1.05 V at 5 A, and a reverse leakage current of 10 µA at rated DC blocking voltage. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 170 A and has an I²t rating of 120 A²s.
