Diodes Incorporated's FZT657QTA is an NPN bipolar junction transistor designed for high-voltage medium-power switching and amplification. It is the automotive-qualified variant of the FZT657, which also includes a standard FZT657TA version. The device is electrically complementary to the PNP FZT757 transistor.
