The FZT549TA is a PNP medium power bipolar junction transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (BVceo) of -30V and a continuous collector current of -1A, with peak pulse current capability up to -2A. The DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 100 at 500mA and 2V, and the transition frequency is 100MHz.
Designed for general-purpose switching and amplification, the device offers low saturation voltage (750mV maximum at 2A) and is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. The SOT-223-3 package supports surface-mount assembly and dissipates up to 2W when mounted on a standard FR4 PCB.
The transistor is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. Terminals have a matte tin finish.
